Who holds them. Filming days is run by the producer who books you. The producer's legal name is on the release you sign before filming, and you can ask for it any time at info@example.com. If a different company takes over running the sessions, we'll tell you before your details move, and you can ask for them to be deleted instead.
What we collect and why. Your name, mobile and email, to arrange sessions and tell you when you're picked. Whether you have the right to work here, because it's paid work. A line about you, so we can pick the right people for a day. The days you can do. A photo, because it is on-camera work: the producer picks people for a day from it, and it tells them who is who at pick-up. For locations: the business name, address, a contact name, email and phone, and the fee, to book and pay for the session.
Where it's stored. On Cloudflare's systems, which may be outside New Zealand, and on the producer's own computer. Access is limited to the people running the sessions. Your photo is private: only you and the producer can see it.
Who sees it. Nobody else. Your details are never sold or used for marketing, and are not shared with the company the research is for. What that company gets is the filmed material, under the release you sign. Nothing you put on this site is published.
Your mates link. If you send your link to someone, they see your first name and the days you can do, nothing else.
Your phone. When you open your own page, this site remembers that phone for 30 days so a mate's link recognises you. That is all the cookie does. Tap "Not you?" on a mate's link, or delete your details, to clear it. If you put in your date of birth to see or change your details, they stay open on that phone for 30 minutes.
How long. Until 90 days after your last filming day, or 90 days after you signed up if you never did one. Then everything about you on this site is deleted, photo included, except two things. If you did the paperwork for pay, your pay and tax details (legal name, IRD number, tax code, KiwiSaver, bank account, date of birth, address and the agreement you signed) are kept for 7 years, as the law says pay records must be, then deleted. Your signed filming release is kept for as long as the footage is used, because it's the permission for it. Delete my details works the same way. If you were ever hurt on a filming day, the record of what happened is kept for five years, as the law asks of an employer.
Your rights. See, change or delete your details any time: change them on your own page, or use Delete my details at the bottom of it. Anything else, email info@example.com.
We follow the privacy law that applies where you are. In New Zealand that is the Privacy Act 2020, and you can complain to the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
